Wiper blades ANCO or OEM Volkswagen
I've had really good luck with Anco Contour for my 2018. The look almost identical to the original Nissan wipers. Sizes 26" and 16" for left and right IIRC
I've had my 2019 S since May, 2018. The original wipers wiped OK, but began to get noisy a few months ago. We just went into the rain season here, so I replaced them with new from a VW dealer in San Antonio TX. The new ones are dead silent and wipe cleanly and completely.
Another thing you might notice on your Tig is that every once in a while when you switch your car off or turn it on, the wipers will "twitch", basically just move a couple of millimeters up or down. It's to prevent them from sticking to the glass and baking on, in areas where you might not use your wipers for weeks of months at a time. It supposedly keeps the blade's edge in healthier shape.
The best experience I have made with the original wipers. I know, they are dearer than those in the aftermarket, but at least they clean 2 years without squeaking, skipping and so on. Those from the Mk4s can also be used on the Mk3.
I got some Anco wiper blades for my mk3 jetta, I got them on rock auto for about $2 each. They're the high performance ones, I don't remember which ones though. They don't skip like the Bosch ones I had on it before did.
On my way to work I had the wipers on at low speed. When I came to a stop light the engine stopped and the wipers switched to intermittent automatically. When the engine re-started, they went back to low speed.
I have only purchased the OEM blades for my '15 and have no complaints. They are streak free, work well at speed and last a long time (I change mine about every 6-8 months)
My stock ones clean well, but they squeak like none other.
After having these for a couple months I wouldn't recommend them. They are better than stock, but only barely.
Plus the OEM blades that came with the car were complete crap.
