Wiper blades Bosch or rainx
Bosch, and this is coming from experience from my previous cars, always used Bosch, they’re the best wiper blades hands down no matter that car/truck.
I bought some rain-x latitude blades and they seem decent.
+1 on the BOSCH ICON XTs. Just got them for my ‘24 CR-V and perfect fit (only the XTs will fit, not the A or OE!). So much better than the stock wipers.
I live in Alberta and agree these factory blades are the worst I ever used also. Going to try Bosch, I put Bosch on my f150 two years back and haven\u2019t had any issues with them
I have the Bosch Icons and while pricey ($60) for a set, they've been pretty good.
Haven't had a crazy winter yet here in SW Ontario but have driven through a couple snow storms and they held up well.
As long as the defroster is on I haven't had it freeze up.
I ordered some Trico Silicone Ceramic wiper blades after Amazon and Tire Rack both said they would fit. They did not fit. Returned them and ordered some Bosch Winter wiper blades and they've been great so far.
I have those blades (rain-x silicone endura) and that car. I took really thick nail clippers to the part that the guy dremeled. Basically wire cutters. Simple job. The wipers clip right in mounting perfectly and I’ve used them repeatedly since. No issues at all.
I have the same issue with tiny micro scratches all over my windshield in the same arching pattern as the wiper blades. It’s very noticeable, especially in the sun and has been driving me crazy bc I don’t know how it happened.
My partner once took her Toyota in for a service, and as part of it they removed the relatively new Bosch wipers that I had fitted (4 weeks old maybe?), and put on their crap ones - and charged her for it. It was smearing after a few weeks again.
I replaced the originals after about a year, with Bosch aeros. These weren't any better than what I'd taken off
