Wiper blades PIAA or Bosch
I installed Bosch Icon brand wiper blades. It’s incredible how bad the OEM wiper blades are now.
this happened to me just recently. i bought Windex with vinegar, used a dish scrubbing sponge and wiped them aggressively, and then i installed Bosch evolution blades. no more issues.
If it still streaks you probably need new blades. Bosch are the best IMHO.
I replaced fhe factory blades with PIAA, extremely pleased with them.
I did the 24A/24A Bosch icons last week. Zero streaking.
I’ve always used Bosch Icon wiper blades on my vehicles and they’ve performed great for an extended period of time.
I’ve always bought Bosch wiper blades and had good experience with them. I live in Washington so I definitely use them a lot
I went with Bosch icons. They are good, very good in winter even, but noisy and fragile.
Bosch wipes still made an awful noise on my Taos.
I recently spent $70 on Bosch Icon wipers because I read they were supposed to be good. I read page after page on the internet of what size wiper to get and what brand was good. Bosch kept getting mentioned. All the sizes said to get 26 and 19 inches. Guess what? BOTH of these are WRONG. First off, I was not near my car when I purchased these or else I would have just measured the wiper myself. Both these sizes are bigger than stock and while they technically fit, there is less than an inch of clearance beteeen them. Secondly, I suspect because of the size, the wipers do not wipe correctly. They both leave giant patches of the windshield un-wiped due to the blade not making proper contact with the glass. Third, I had to use a damn Dremel to "modify" the clip just to get these stupid things on the car and even then I had to use so much force to get them on that I thought I was going to break them or wiper arm. I barely got them on. Now I can't return them so I'm stuck with $70 wiper blades that don't work properly.
