On my Giulia I've used 3 different 0W30s, and presently using Mobil 1 ESP 0W30.
Reviews of spare parts for Alfa Romeo Giulia
I can personally recommend *Total Quartz Ineo FDE 0W30.* This oil has even better specifications than *Petronas.*
If you are in the snowy bit of the Midwest go with the Continental DWS06 since it’s probably the best non-snow tire in snow. If you don’t get constant deep snow get Michelin Pilot Sport 4S since they are all around better in everything but snow.
I live in western pa, and I love my Toyo extensia hp 2s. They work ok in the winter and are sporty in the summer.
Michelin Pilot Sport all season 4 seems to be the go to for best performing all season tires.
Continental DWS06 are good and I am running Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4. Those are going to be the best performing all seasons on the market.
I bought Bosch Icons at Autozone and they fit like OEM and work like new. It's really like any other car.
Anyway I know people talk a lot of crap about them but I use Optima batteries in anything that can fit them. Mainly because I have a bunch of cars and many of them sit around. Its nice to know that if the battery dies I can condition and recharge it and get back to normal and not worry.
I recently swapped the solex carbs for Weber DCOEs for several reasons but mostly due to better parts and support here in the USA. As a learning process, I rebuilt them myself - so I am very aware of the float and needle operation.
Dealership quoted me $1k just for front pads and rotors. After multiple trips to service center and having my dashboard replaced (didn't have my car for close to a month), I was done.
