My Dunlops lasted 40k, I’d say most would be around 30-40.
Reviews of spare parts for Toyota
What I like about our Hilux is after 200k kms, is timing belt lang napalitan. The durability is impeccable.
My runner is a 22 but still loving my Bilsteins and setup!
Have Toyo at3s on my truck and absolutely love them. Bfgs and falkens are too heavy
WP, like everybody else said. It sounds identical to my water pump on the same engine when it went. If you DIY it’ll be about $200 (Aisin pump plus new coolant), shop will charge $1000+. It’s an aggravating DIY job. Whether you DIY or have a shop do it, use a OEM replacement made by Aisin. Labor costs are too much to have to re-do it in a few years. I’ve seen prices down to $100 on sale.
Nothing but good luck so far.
I had General Grabbers on my Tacoma and plan to upgrade my Land Cruiser to those over the next few months. They were perfect for 80% driving during the week and camping/overlanding/work duty on weekends.
I used the KYB Excel-G struts to replace both fronts on my MR2 Spyder until I got my BC coilovers and they’re fine. Not necessarily any harsher of a ride and they’ve seemed to hold up pretty decent (keep in mind your mileage really may vary as I only did a few thousand miles with them!)
My ‘23 Camry with 12k miles has several pits and cracks. Seems like the windshield is a magnet for road debris.
I had a 2016 SR5 (bought brand new) with 98k miles that started having electrical/sensor issues. No problems at all previous to that point and kept an impeccable service record. Even the dealership couldn’t figure it how to fix the issue after 10 months (& thousands of $) spent replacing sensors, checking wires, replacing the throttle body, etc. Next step would have been paying for a whole new wiring harness & it wasn’t a guaranteed fix. The service manager actually recommended I clear the code & trade it in. So, I did, as much as I didn’t want to get rid of it. Now I’m in a 2020 TRD ORP (used) with 28k miles. Fingers crossed no more electrical issues. ???????? I have loved both my 4Runners!
