I think so, I have them in my highlander but I get rain and snow quite a bit and they do grip well, I have had them for 35k miles and nad never felt bad. Also they have a great wear life... Not a sign of wear on them yet.
Best Tires for Toyota Highlander
I have Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra on my Toyota Highlander. They have been a great tire, reasonably quiet, good traction in all four seasons (central Wisconsin). Down side, not much tread left after 52k
the Pirelli Scorpion WeatherActives are awesome. Been very happy with them on a Highlander my family owns. Super quiet at all speeds, and good steering
I have Pirelli Scorpion (Weatheractive) tires on my Highlander and love them, but you don’t really need snow rated tires in Florida.
My Yokohama YK-CTX’s have lasted over a year and still look new. Lots or highway mileage and city mixed in.
I have driven 5,000 miles on these tires with no loss in gas milage. I have 2023 Toyota Hybrid Highlander... I drive at 80 MPH on average and still get 28 to 30 mpg. Great tires.
I put these on my 2019 Highlander hybrid. 6k miles on them and love the wet and dry handling. I have dedicated blizzak winters but am going to run my cc2 this season as my blizzaks have 36k miles on them. Road trip soon that will include winter snow conditions. I will post how they handle. Also I did notice a 1.5~2 mpg drop in fuel economy.
2020 highlander platinum here, original tires were shitty in Nova Scotia downpours. Got cross climate twos and won’t use anything else.
Had the legendary Michelin CrossClimate 2 on my HiHy. They sucked in the heavy, wet snow that I drive in, especially when it's 4" deep or more... the tires just spin (Nokian WR's do better in this regard). Need to put into Trail mode to get unstuck. They are suited for after the plows come through.
While I was originally happy with the GoodYear Assurance Comfortdrives two years ago on the HL, in the short 28K miles I've put on them, they have become quite loud and wearing rather quickly.
