I have them on my Jetta TDI sportwagon and they are fantastic! First season we got a big ice storm here in the PNW and it was a complete shitshow! I could go anywhere, I regularly passed stuck 4x4s and was completely amazed at the performance on ice! Second season we got another ice storm and while they were still good definitely not as good as when new.

I bought a two pack 24” and 19” Bosch wiper blades from Amazon specifically for VW Jetta and Passat for around $18.
Now I have Nokian WRG5's on my Jetta GLI 2025 which is FWD only and they feel amazing. Much lower road noise than CC2's and MPG did not take a hit, with CC2's I lost about 3 MPGs. Nokian feels solid in every weather you can put it through including Ontario winters given black ice doesn't catch you by surprise.
Continental for timing belt and Geba water pump. Gates is fine for accessories belt not timing due to more recent production issues. I will get a gates for any of our 5 vehicles for an accessories / serpentine belt but not for timing.
I got Coopers on both our pickup and VW Jetta in the past year. They were on sale. Seem good...
The only "all season" I've ever used and thought was good was the Vredestein Quatrac Pros, had those on a 2016 Jetta sport and even guy that installed them asked if they were snow tires. But those tires kicked ass, and were 3 peak rated
Replaced the ignition switch with OE VW Installed a brand new Bosch starter today due to the battery terminal on the solenoid breaking off internally Thought the new starter would be the answer, but no
I don't use spark plugs like that unless the vehicle specifically specs for them. We used to put Bosch W7DTC's in these, or at a minimum, just the single electrode version.
When I finally bought another car and started preparing the Bora for sale, the alternator failed. The only real issue it ever gave me.
I was terrified at the fact my GLI had a plastic oil pan so I changed it out with an aluminum version.
