Not sure what you need, but years ago I picked up my Delphi AC compressor for my '98 for $122 as an Amazon Warehouse Deal.
Pros: saved a ton of money
There are a lot of parts you can trust aftermarket, but electronics are usually better OEM. Denso and Delphi make a lot of OEM Subaru parts. In this case, I believe Delphi is the OEM manufacturer for coil packs, I would try them.

I bought a Delphi from RockAuto. I primed it 3X and car fired right up no issues even years later. No check engine light, no hicckups nada.

Mine wouldn't start back in 2020, and I bought a Delphi pump from AutoZone and replaced that, keeping the bucket, float arm, etc. that I already had in there. More than 40,000mi later, I still have no problems.

Delphi. BMW started with Bosch and after misfire issues they switched to Delphi (I think in 2011?). Go with Delphi, my old e82 with an n52 had tons of misfires at 40k with Bosch coils and the Delphi’s had no issues.

I just installed a Delphi in my Jeep and it is noisy as heck! But works...
