OEM Honda Valve cover

Looks like Honda 3.5 L v6 j series. Notorious for valve cover : pro tip when looking for possible locations of leaks always start on the top of car going down. Due to gravity everything leaking drips downward , anything under valve cover that looks questionable clean it up do the valve cover and reinspect next oil change.

  • No leaks:

It’s possible to get the timing cover off and on without removing the valve cover but it’s easier if you remove it and it’ll also give you the opportunity to check the valve clearances.

OEM Honda Valve cover

I took it to the dealer and they agreed the valve cover was leaking, but that was pretty much it. My warranty is covering it, and costing me $250.
