Reviews of LIQUI MOLY oil additives
Made my 09 Hyuandai fast, .1 fuel eco. Engine 90% quieter under high load.
Liqui Moly is the one that has some sort of scientific backing for it; During WW2 it was found that adding Molybdenum to oil significantly reduced engine damage in aircraft engines that had experienced oil loss in combat situations but been landed safely. I am currently trialling it in my 27y/o Saab and can report a reduction in engine noise and slightly smoother revving.
I add 1 bottle of mos2 to my 5.7 hemi in my 2008 ram after every other oil change and just send it until the next change. Extremely noticeable different in engine noise and operation.
Liquid molly & ceratec additive is better than any bs blends a shop will sell you
I use that exact additive in my hemi, and it's noticeably quieter.
I used liquid moly oil additive after I changed my spark plugs and coils and it helped my car from smoking after just one can.
I’ve used this very additive and it made a large difference in how smooth the car ran.
They work and they're worth it if you have a car you plan to keep for a few years to come.
I use the oil additive every oil change + Injector Cleaner regularily.
Major difference - Engine is quieter and much more lively than when I first bought my used car!
I just put a can in my old mustang engine and it’s never felt so tight and smooth. Definitely good for older engines!
