Just turned 160k miles on my 2013 mazda3 with the 2.0 skyactiv.
Other than new england winter requiring me to replace a rotted out oil pan, this car has been excellent.

Took the car in for a service , got a work car and it's been driving the Rx much less. I wouldn't have done it all at once, so did a service, replaced brake pads.
Cabin air filter - I believe that’s recommended every 12k miles or so. I always replace mine annually. Part number KD45-61-J6X-9U.
I got my 2015 M3 2.5, 3 years ago with 30k Miles, now at 150k miles I have gone thru a lot of maintenance items. Additionally, my 15’ M3 GTS is “Made in Japan” not in Mexico, (some parts are actually different, Like my brake pads!) I attribute this to having a better built car.
Got some faulty alternators from autozone that were overcharging or undercharging. I just bought an oem reman from mazdaswag, (or any mazda dealership store online). Works fine now.
Buy new ones. I replace mine about twice a year.
I had a 2010 for nearly 6 years. 3 sets of rear shocks in that time. Otherwise it was perfect.
Have been burned by aftermarket alternators. I'll spend the money for an OEM every time.
3 days for my 2019 Miata.
This just happened to me as well. I have a 2017 RF with 35,600 on the odometer and, as of today, the starter is pretty much borked.
