If you want relatively inexpensive and decent look up whatever NGK plug is correct for your car.
I find the car runs way better on the Rutheniums, and I find that the plug gap doesn’t open itself up over time like it was with 6510s.
I went NGK and noticed a small bump in throttle response, changed mine at 100k Km (60k miles) and they were honestly good to throw back in too, so not like the plugs were burnt or fried!
On my stage 2 mk7 I swapped around and tried a few like ngk and the ngk failed causing misfires like crazy on acceleration. Back to OEM and never had another issue for 45k miles.
I’ve been running NGK Ruthenium plugs on my stage 1 GTI for 20k miles. No issues.
Replacing a motor is not fun, nor cheap. That was with 9006 RS7's btw (your current plugs).
NGK. I'm a believer after using them.
Went and bought the NKG plugs and the problems went away.
Most definitely still recommend! they are great, I usually replace every 50k due the stress I put my car under, but they can go a little more than that
