I've been using the NOCO Genius Boost Plus GB40 for almost 4 years now. It has started my Mk VI GTI with shaved heads and high compression pistons in the Winter with a completely dead battery. I never worry about being able to start my car.
I had a 4-year old AGM 12v that wouldn't hold a resting charge above 12.14V after dying. Did several repair cycles with the charger and now holds a resting charge of 12.6+ volts.
Comfort battery charged up. Starter battery didn't take much time to charge. I really like this charger and it seems to be getting great reviews. It has a number of different modes it automatically works in depending on what it senses from the battery and how long you leave it plugged in for. It's really small... it has an AGM mode... it has a high capacity starting mode...
