Main thing outside of battery and motor is air suspension. I haven’t heard of any reliability issues on the 2024+ Q8 models though, I have one and it’s been 100% reliable so far.
Owner reviews for air suspension
The car has neck wrenching performance both acceleration and cornering with the air suspension.
If equipped with air suspension be prepared to replace it around the 4-6 year mark. There is no maintenance to these but I do like Arnott replacements as you can get a lifetime part warranty.
I have a 2007 a8l with 102000 miles on it. It's fantastic to drive. Don't plan to mod it. It's already fast and handles shockingly well due to the air syspension.
not sure if it helps....but my cayenne turbo has bag over strut design....obviously i run it 365 a year. Never a problem... i think a big failure is water in the system....make sure you have a drier on the compressor
The air suspension in the Turbo will need replacing every 50k miles or so (sometimes sooner… mine has been replaced twice).
His issues were the air suspension ($$$ parts, $$$ labor), a broken door handle (he had to crawl into the driver's seat through the passenger door  ), and the heater wouldn't work.
