Brembo and Zimmermann are nice. Used them on a couple vehicles me and my family owned. No complaints.

Our shop we use Zimmerman coated rotors and Textar pads. Napa Euro ADO R90 are also really good for commuter cars.

Textar is a renowned brand for brake pads. I like em. Although weirdly, I find their aftermarket pads to be better than the pads they supply to OEs like BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche.

New rotors and pads without breaking in at all, just normal driving as soon as changed. Pads lasted 30.000km ish, while rotors wrapped at about 40.000km ish (pads replaced at 30k with same R1 concepts). Brake feel and performance was OK, but much worse than when broken in. Light squeal at about 15.000km and onwards. New rotors and pads following break in procedure, 10 stops from 90km/h (55mph aprox), never coming to a complete stop, then driving 30 minutes never coming to a complete stop, rolling to a stop on neutral and waiting another 30 minutes. Pads lasted about 40.000km ish, rotors lasted 80.000km ish, pads replaced at 40.000km with same R1 concepts ceramic.

Those Brembo pads that cost $500 a set are total trash, too. They are low friction and still real dusty. I threw mine in the trash at like 2000 miles.
