i just replaced my plugs and wires from ecs not too long ago. right around mid june. i got NGK plugs and wires, plug type was the one u listed there, i have an AVH. the wires i got were numbered wrong just a heads up to anyone that buys them.

I prefer the NGK 8 or 9's, running them at 19 psi gapped at .018.
I've left the plugs in and the car fells like it did before. I could have just become accustom to the way it feels now but that "sense of emergency" when I hit the peddle is back.
I am stage2+ and changed out the coilpacks at the same time that I went with NGK. I never did a side by side comparison, but so far i like the NGK's
i havent noticed any drop in performance..runs smoother though like you said, and a little better fuel econ too
If you look at the other forum post u will notice that Pete alreAdy dynod them and noticed a difference. oh and car runs amazing @ .042
Just replaced mine with Denso Iridiums, seems to be doing good.
yeah ive ran them.... i guess there ok but they foul faster then the iridiums...
Personally I've never had any luck with ngk's in any of my vr's always just run Bosch plugs and wires....
a spark plug job on an STI can be a 6+ hour job :thumbdown:
