I have the original LTX M/S on my GX. Great all around tire and shockingly capable for what it is. 4H through 12" of unplowed roads and parking lots-center diff unlock-type of capability. Only critique is very subtle lateral grip loss in really wet conditions (thick sleet, heavy rain), mostly on the highway when changing lanes/exiting. Very subtle though, most people probably wouldn't even notice.

Love Michelins. On my 2nd set of an almost identical tire (X LT A/S)

I have been happy with them on dry/wet pavement, my first set lasted over 60k miles.

Pros: happy on dry/wet pavement

I’ve had LTXs on a prior GX, and current sequoia and they are the best do-it-all tires I’ve ever owned. This past weekend we got 15 inches and an inch of ice in the DMV and I never had to come out of 2wd. Highly recommend for comfort performance and longevity

We have them on our 23. Terrific tires built especially for the purpose and capability of the GX. Smooth on pavement, capable off it. Michelin grade rubber

The LTX M/S are excellent tires; I would trust them to get me anywhere I need to go in any weather. And they look great!

I was taken aback by their behavior in snow. I had impeccable traction in snow this weekend. I was thinking about replacing my Michelin's with Cooper AT3 4s's because I do some medium off roading but I think I'm gonna hold on to the Michelin's for now.

I’m using Falken Azenis. I was planning on Michelin pilot sports, but tariffs added almost $200 per tire so I went with Falkens from the stock Pirelli P Zeros.

What I’ve noticed:

Steering feel is noticeably worse. I noticed instantly. Honestly that doesn’t matter with a muscle car, but I liked the direct feel and confidence of the pirellis.

However, the new ride is nicer. Ride is slightly more comfortable, which for a daily driver is a valid trade off. Ride went from 4/10 to a 5/10 in comfort.

If the Pirellis grip at normal temperatures is an 8/10 the falkens are maybe 6.9/10. I’ve only had them for 200 miles so far though.

My pirellis needed to be replaced after 8k miles on the street. The falkens should last 30-40k miles. Oh and the pirellis turned in to glass below 50 Fahrenheit since they’re summer tires. I’m definitely going to try Michelins next, no matter the price, but I’m not upset at cheaping out ($320 a tire) this time.

We had a similar situation with kia ev. The left front tyre at night got punctured (sharp cut, we suspect it was due to impact of the pothole) due to a massive pothole in National highway that was invisible at night. The tyre went flat in 5 seconds.
