Wildpeak AT Trails shortly after buying it. Much better than oem but wish I'd gone with the scorpions bc I ended up not going to slow or offroad nearly as much as I thought. They look so cool though.
Owner reviews for tires
35k and so many punctures later… I put Goodyear Wrangler A/T’s on mine. We’ve had them on all our trucks and SUV’s. Overkill for a crossover, but they ride great and keep me very secure on road and the like very mild “off-roading” I do
Replaced my Dunlop after 20k with PIRELLI SCORPION WEATHERACTIVE. Highly rated on tire rack for RAV4s
On my last RAV4 I went with Continental Cross Contact, those were great as well.
Replaced with Michelin cross climate because I love love the tread, and we’ve now had the rainiest year on record out here.
Around 60k swapped mine for Michelin Cross Climate 2's
I am in the snow a bunch in the winter and these are one of the best all weather/all season tires.
No comparison with the P Zero AS Plus 3. It’s in a completely different class than that Nexen, which is a cheap version made solely for a large distributor.
They put Ironman tires on it???? but surprisingly they aren’t performing half bad !
Those are the worst tires I’ve ever had on an Outback and I don’t get why everyone wants or likes such insanely heavy stiff tires. They are also ansotkrkt horrible in winter on ice and snow and caused my car to slide and perform like crap.
I'm disliking mine. Could have been a suspension problem initially. But at 65-75/80 the steering wheel shakes. Still travels straight, but the annoyance of seeing/feeling it shake is terrible.
