I like the 300 tw summer street tires, MPS4S and ECS02 when you’re shopping for this in between segment. They’re my daily driver tires and I find them quite fun to autocross and pretty much right next to the non-fast summer tires but you’ll get 20k-30k street miles out of them.

Went with Bridgestone RE-71RS set. Paid $950 USD for set of four from Tire Rack in October and paid to have them heat cycled by them.
So far: 1198 street miles, 4 days of Autocross with 46 runs on them.
Hankook RS4 will last forever, but they are endurance tires - they will be on the slower side of the 200 spectrum.
660 is good bang for the buck. Not as fast as the top tier tires but two or three times the lifespan.
I tried a set of potenza 200tw and it’s been nothing but amazing
Falken Azenis RT660 or Kumho Ecsta V730. RT660 might be a smidgen faster, but the V730 is more durable and will last for more runs.
I went with fallen 615+ not the fastest but should last a good number of runs
Ended up getting the set as we're going to have some snow and had a road trip north. I immediately noticed the tires are a lot more forgiving over bumps, and the car feels a lot more smooth than before.
Must be a new hankook style. But based on the mileage warranty at 50k that’s pretty solid. Especially for a low profile tire. I would see more reviews based on the performance of the tire. How’s the noise when driving. Any vibration or anything like that.
The stock Goodyear wranglers are shitty tires. I had 4 flats in 6 months with them. And ride quality/handling wasn’t great. But I’m a cheap ass and got 30k miles out of them.
I’ve only purchased Michelin for many years now. When my stock wranglers looked similar to OP’s photo, I put Michelin LTX M/S on and never worried about tires again - until this week.
70,000 miles later and the Michelins are finally at the end of their journey- going to replace them with Michelin Defender LTX since the M/S line is discontinued
