I love Akebono pads, they are a bit more expensive, but they are quiet and the dust don't stick to the wheels
Pads I always liked Akebono for low dust
Akebono is by far my favorite with minimal dust and excellent lifespan. I have used Bosch and Mazda OEM over the life of my car.
IMO, Akebono Ceramics are the shiz. I had some on my Audi A4. Way better than stock, very little dust to clean off, and you can just get them off Amazon for less than OEM.
the only issue I’ve had with it is the brakes squeak sometimes. They work fine but it annoys me and they say it’s “normal”.

My wife's Cabriolet has Akebono pads, front and rear. Pedal is firm, stops fine.
Zimmermann is quality. If you want OEM brake feel go with Textar or Pagid pads. I have Akebono pads on the Z3 and don’t like them
I just put on Akebono ceramics and Zimmerman coated rotors and I hated them for the first few hundred miles. They took a very long time to break in, and this was after a) paying attention to the instructions that say no break-in is needed and b) ignoring that advice when the stopping distances were so bad initially that I bedded them in... and yet the pedal effort was so high that I could barely engage the ABS in the dry. So I'd recommend staying away from that combination.
