Brake pads EBC or Akebono
I personally use OEM rotors direct from Mercedes and Akebono ceramic pads to eliminate brake dust. Those work just fine for me.
I just replaced all four corners with Zimmerman rotors and Akebono pads. Much reduced dust.
I have OE rotors with Akebono Ceramic pads and they're perfect. Dust is no longer an issue and didn't sacrifice any noticeable stopping power over OEM.
I put in Akebono pads and they worked fine on my 9th gen. Fantastic pads.
The OEM Toyota brakes are made by Akebono, however, you can use a quality aftermarket set and you'll be fine.

Closing the loop (sorry this is a bit long): the EBC Bluestuffs (eventually) performed super well for me at the HPDE this past weekend. I did have some noticeable shudder - but never any fade - develop after several laps during my Saturday morning sessions, but this went away as the brakes cooled and would not immediately be present at the begining of the following session, only reappearing once things got good and hot. I could not replicate it on the road during the Saturday lunch lull nor overnight. On Sunday the shudder was back only slightly during the morning's first session but by the second session had completely disappeared. After talking it through with several others that I trust, I'm content to chalk the shudder up to deposits on the rotors/not having changed nor prepped the rotors before installing the new pads. I'll not do it that way again. They definitely dust like crazy, but they were both responsive and predictible on track while being super well behaved on the street (so much so that I may just run them all the time). Even in my last session of the weekend, 17 laps of Summit Point main, I never had any doubt whatsoever about them performing for me heading into turn one. That sentence is about as good a review as I could give.
The 12.3 mk4/TT setup is great for my all other driving. Hell they were great even with my corrado and caddy trailer loaded (4,500+ lbs) on a 7,500+ lap around the USA.
I upgraded to the yellows from stock pads and they held up fine but they were getting hot and I could smell them in my first session.
I burned through a set in 1 day in my WRX, then tried EBC blues and also burned through a set of those in one day.
