Brake pads ENDLESS or JURID
Not cheap, but Endless makes perfect street pads that last a long time, are quiet, very little dust, good cold bite, and high coefficient of friction and heat range.

I bought some Endless SS-Y's from FR-sport and they're way better than the stock pads in every way. They don't even cause dust.

I can tell the pads are fairly recent and are Jurid brand so I know they've been replaced recently.

You will need good 9.4" vented rotors & good pads like Ferodo, Pagid or Jurid.

Jurid,like Pagid and ATE,and Lucas/Girling are all OEM suppliers to VW,the Jurid pads are a OEM replacement and make a hell of a lot of dust,but are less likely to "squeek" due to their softer compound.

I got those JURID and will have them installed in the same time as my suspension. Someone told me on the brakes forum that JURID makes pads for Porsches, so I don't think I can go wrong with that.
