I've put whatever motul 10w40 semi I can get cheapest into my blackbird every 10k miles for the last 140k and it's fine.
Shell Rotella T6 5w40 and Tokyo Roki OEM filter all day everyday.
Both oils significantly reduced oil consumption
In Florida, I use Motul 300v 5w30 for track days and tuning. Otherwise I run motul 8100 (5w30) if I know i'm not going to drive the car hard for awhile. I change the oil pretty regularly because it's a simple insurance. Always send the oil into blackstone to test.
Take it from someone who's owned a gen1 since new. Motul300v full stop is the good shit. 200% worth the cost.

Yung sa pcx160 ko, bago ako lumipat sa amsoil dati ginagamit ko yung shell advance fuel save 10w-30 fully synthetic. Goods sya smooth sya gamitin at maganda performance

Natry ko na both yan and mas nagtagal ako sa shell longride. Sa opinion ko lang mas smooth sa Makina yung shell long ride yung ultra scooter smooth din naman pero nagstay ako sa longride kasi ayun ang recommended viscosity sa Manual ng Aerox V2 (10W-40).
I’ve (mostly) only used Motul in my scooters. Only destroyed two engines and the oil wasn’t to blame. (I was.)
I was using Mobil1 ESP 5w30 in my 530i XDrive.
I tried Motul but the oil consumption was bigger with the Motul.
