vs
Oil filter K&N or Castrol
I've used them for the past couple of years on my 'tique. No problems at all. I like them.
Pros: no problems, user likes
Personally, I don't think K&N's filtration is bad enough to where it affects the engine. I've got two vehicles in my family that have been running them since day one with over 200,000 miles.
Pros: long lasting, no issues
Mileage: 321868 km
when i bought my jetta, it had 78k miles, i made the switch to synthetic and runs alot smoother...its liking it better than the dyno oil...i always use the oem filter... i ordered up one of those k&n filters to give it a try, i wanna see how it turns out
