Spark plug Champion or Denso
Denso 3297 on Rockauto are the Oem plugs
There is no risk, EQT specifically recommends them. Been running denso 5749s for over 40k miles and change them every 10k. Send it.
The proper champion plug is the "QL77JC4" gapped at .030".
Ive been running eBay denso plugs for 4 plug changes. You need to read reviews and look at the packaging to make sure they're not counterfeit. They've lasted me and performed exactly as they should.
I have a 2012 Civic LX (purchased new) and replaced the original spark plugs at 100k miles with **Denso 3483 (DXU22HCR-D11S)**—which were listed as compatible on RockAuto at the time. I’ve had great results and am now at 200k miles, looking to replace them with the same.
There is a noticeable improvement in performance when I cross over into the next country and refuel. This is what my denso iridium plugs look like after 20k km. I had a misfire. New plugs today, and the misfire is gone
I already replaced the spark plugs with the Denso ones I listed though... Is this bad?
But let this be a lesson never use champion plugs again
Champion are the only plugs I’ve had the ceramic crack on, so no more Champion for me.
My service center guys installed Champion plug instead of Bosch on my turbocharged Altroz. Company user manual clearly says to use Bosch in TC. My car's economy has dropped significantly...and I'm just frustrated.
