Spark plug Denso or OEM Subaru
Use only Honda specified plugs (usually Denso Iridium) and they last 100,000 miles just fine.
Since then I have take good care of it, replaced the brakes on schedule in August 2020 and then in August 2021 new spark plugs.
I like ac delco. But I recently used denso tt fine wire plugs I two different ls engines. What a difference in power. And gas mileage.
I just replaced mine, at 80k, with Denso PLatinums. The same brand as the stock plugs.
Denso Iridium 1 step colder plugs. Running great on my 2017 Jetta 1.4T
Get the oem denso ones. There is nothing better than oem for that kind of thing.
This is what a 202k mile spark plug looks like on an 2013 Lexus gs350 daily driver. Pretty impressed with it overall. All 6 plugs look exactly like this.
No discernible difference to me, positive or negative. But since I am running APR stage 1, I followed APR's recommendation.
The original dealership where I bought the van installed Denso spark plugs part # SXU22HCR11S which were supposed to have a gap of 0.044 but they all had either 0.039 or 0.040. Apparently no one checked the gap before putting them in.
I installed brand new denso ik24 plugs gapped at .026 and I am still getting misfires.
