I have Bridgestone tires on my bike(Harley Fat Boy 114).
Very grippy in the corners, rear tire hooks up to the pavement for launches increadibly well.
7000miles on the tires and the middle still has a ton of tread life left.
I bought the same Bridgestone model after the OEMs on my wore down. Made sure to get a proper weight rating and it was way better than the OEMs.
I can only comment for the T005 which I had on an opel insignia. Size 245/45r18. Greece so I guess similar conditions.
Good all arounder with excellent levels of grip both in dry and wet and superb fuel economy.

I have used Nokian Hakka's of various types for years. I've been happy with every single set, although the all-seasons were not quite up to the standard of the dedicated snows.
Solid quality tires. I have a set of Nokian Ones on my daily driver Bolt EUV.
My favorite all-season is the Bridgestone re980as. Great traction, but a little noisy.
I've just worn down a set of hakka blue 2. They are a nice driving tyre, but didnt last as long as i'd hoped.
I know someone who had a blow out running his RE-71R's in the winter, apparently
