Tires Cooper or Maxxis
I have dedicated snow tires that go on November 1st and come off April 1st. I don't get stuck. Cooper Evolution Winter are my favorite tread style, but several tire makers have the same tread design. The ones made in Japan are 13/32 deep and ride well.
Yes you have cheap Chinese tires. Starfire's aren't good at anything and Cooper is better but they are still well behind premium tires. The difference is crazy, all seasons (not all created equally) are usually a sketchy mess when conditions get bad but a snow tire will have tons of confidence even on ice.
Rekon is fantastic front tire for light trail/technical XC
If you know how to handle your bike the rekon race is fine up front. I raced that with an aspen out back at the 50 mile xc race up in Bend where it was dusty all day. I was also passing many people on the downhills.
I ride with 2.35" tires front and rear on my Ripmo, one that's a little beefier up front (Schwalbe Nobby Nic) and something that rolls better in the rear (Schwalbe Racing Ralph).
The bike came with Maxxis Assegai front and rear and for the first few rides I regretted getting the bike because it felt like such a pig. The lighter tires make pedaling on flat sections and climbs *so much* more enjoyable, and I can still push it on the descents.
Maxxis Victra kuys if palit. Makapit sa basa at tuyo wag ka lang mag kakamali dumaan sa paint.
I also run 60 on the pump track. I notice the sidewall rolling over and you can hear it scrubbing when down at the pressure I dirt jump with (35). You'll have a more confident experience with the higher pressure forsure.
Ran maxxis holly rollers for years, and recently got a set of billy bonkers and I've been very happy with them.
We have American made Cooper on our four vehicles, as decent tires.
it’s impeded by the OEM Cooper tires
Had them on a Silverado. Hot garbage. Coopers QC is non existent.
