Tires Falken or BRIDGESTONE
I have Blizzaks and they're fantastic. I picked my buddy up from the airport during a blizzard last winter with them on. We passed 2 cops and about 6 trucks slid off into ditches, along with a few other cars pulled over because they couldn't get traction. I made it there and back without ever feeling like I wasn't in control.
I live in Canada and have ran Blizzaks on my awd vehicles for years now. They’re great for all winter conditions.
Bridgestone Blizzaks. Those tires on this platform have never given me more confidence in winter conditions in the Rockies.
Get a second set of wheels with some Bridgestone Blizzaks and you'll be fine in pretty much everything other than real deep snow; then the bumper becomes a plow.
I run falken tyres have done now for about 5 years! Mainly just because I liked the look of the tread patterns ???? no issues so far though!
I dailyed my E36 BMW with just a pair of Blizzaks on the rear, got me through Wisconsin winters.
Ran a 90's S14 240SX with the limited slip and Blizzaks. Was awesome in the snow.
My R came from the factory with the Bridgestone Potenza S005s. They're decent for daily driving—good grip in the dry and pretty quiet—but they’re not amazing in the wet.
Bridgestone Potenza RE92 are great on dry pavement; but they are a scary ride with RWD on wet, snowy, or icy pavement.
Falken Wildpeaks are the worst A/Ts I've run. Hard as hell and sketchy in the rain. I only had 20k ish miles before I sold them, but they were progressively getting louder.
