Falken Tires

Got a set last summer on my Scion im 17 inch rims. When they are new they do have some noise but after 100 miles or so they quiet down. They have really good traction but they aren't performance tires. They will grip the road nicely but if pushed to far they will squeal. I will say they have a great wet road performance and actually feel like they are connected to the road. Not A/T tires but they break really well in the rain and even did really well on a loose gravel road.

Pros: great wet road performance
Cons: some noise when new
Mileage: 161 km

DUNLOP Tires

I got away with 30,000 miles before needing a new set of tires. Never had any issues with grip in rain and dry conditions, and I always rotated every 6k miles. They turn into hockey pucks below 40 F and are horrible in snow though

Pros: good grip in rain
Cons: horrible in snow
Vehicle: Subaru
Mileage: 48280 km

DUNLOP Tires

I rode them on a friends t7. I really liked them, from my impression they really deliver on that "50/50"-saying of Dunlop. They have a very stiff sidewall which helps with punctures (compared to let's say a anakee wild).

Pros: very stiff sidewall

I've had terrible luck with Falkens. Been quite a few years now, but after multiple pairs I concluded they suck when it's wet and have terrible wear.

Cons: suck when wet, terrible wear
