It's really surprising how much the ride feels more like a truck now. It must be the side walls, but it's definitely better over the rough stuff too.
I replaced mine at 39k. I went with Falken Azenis FK460, All Seasons. I live in the Boston area. This will be my second winter with them. So far, so great..

Falkens, better ride and last longer than BFG or Nitto.
I have Walken Wildpeaks A/T 255/55-18 Tires on my 23 MYP. Bought from Tsportline with their overland pkg. Not much range hit and no need to change any speedo.
I absolutely loved my wildpeaks, yea, the ride is slightly harsher, but I do a fair amount of offroad driving and snow driving, so I'm ok with that. That being said I found 2 issues, 1, they got loud as hell about halfway through their lifecycle, like, to the point id reconsider buying again, 2. They stated cracking and chipping really bad at about 6 years.
Terrible on my Silverado. Ride like I'm driving on rims
I have these on my car. I like how it performs in dry and slightly wet or snowy conditions. When it comes to water puddles or heavy rain, this thing hydroplane like crazy.
