Tires Falken or Goodyear
Some shitty Achilles tires to Falken RT-615s.
Wow great work man thanks! I have Falken FK510 tires on my S. FWIW, excellent tire but holy shit was I surprised to see the rears were almost bald after 1 summer. (About 10000 kms)
I had the Falken Azenis on my S, I liked them. Great value summer tire and I don’t need no stinking snow grip here in Phoenix.
What a relief! Thanks to your chart, I see that I won't need to fork $329 per tire to replace the MICHELIN PILOT SPORT 4S mounted on my Model 3 Performance. It looks like the AZENIS FK510 will do the same job for a bit more than half the price of the Michelin!
I got falken sincera tires for my 15 fit and 13 Yaris. No issuues and they were cheap and high mileage rated. I recall on my Yaris they took a little getting used to as the sidewalls seemed to have more play but with the Honda they felt just like the ones that came new with my car.
I'd use the OEM Falken Sincera’s. This is because I read this review: "So far I have had no flats or problems with the OEM Falken Sincera’s other than being a bit noisy. They have done ok in the DC area weather where we get little snow and I think 40K for tread wear isn’t too bad."
Thus far, I'm happy with the Falken tires in 205/60-16 that came on my car. I'm not shy to take turns at higher speeds than everyone around me and these aren't giving me much to complain about so far. I am surprised! Did well in a big rain fall.
I have had very good luck with Falken tires on my Mercedes cars. Lots of tread warranty etc Also, some of the BFGoodrich (Owned by Michelin - I think) tires are good.
I had some Falken 512's. They were decent for what they were.
Car was on all seasons that were almost new(falken 912's). Going down the highway at 35 in 4th gear, I was running about 1k rpm and any touch of the gas would spin the tires. Starting on a hill was impossible.
