Tires Falken or Nokia
I purchased a winter tire and wheel set from Tire Rack tires week and couldn't be happier. Tires: Nokian Hakkapelitta R5 - 275/60-20
Falken AT4W’s are absolute tanks, loving them so far. They also look much more aggressive than they feel or sound which is a win win for aesthetics / highway
I have Nokian Nordman 7 as a dedicated winter tire. Really good. Long wearing. High profile from factory. Good grip. Not too much noise.
I put Nokian Hakkapeliitta R5’s on my wife’s Blazer EV AWD. Even with the AWD, the standard ultra low rolling resistance tires it came with were horrible in the snow and these made a word of difference. I/we are actually confident driving the Blazer in the snow now.
Falkon Wildpeaks (I love this tire)
I\u2019ve never ever been let down by a set of falken wildpeak at3ws. All season tire so you don\u2019t have to have a dedicated set. Very smooth on the highway for an at tire, available in 10 ply for towing or extreme use, little extra meat on them for when you do go off-road and do fantastic in the snow.
I've been impressed with my Nokian NAT Outposts this year. _Plenty_ of offroad traction, 3 peak rated, and they're lighter than Falkens.
Plus I went thru the falken tires in 10k miles. Didn’t like that they wouldn’t back up the products they installed. Good suv when running right. But didn’t trust it.
I had the AT3 and wanted to get the AT4 but I am seeing a lot of negative reviews on this tire. Everything from the weight to lack of control in wet conditions has made me look for other options. My only issue with the AT3 is it lasted me maybe 30k miles
I got 65k from my WRG4’s and 60k from my WRG3’s. Coincidentally I only got 50k from my CC2’s not because I ran out of tread, but because they were **so damn loud** I ditched them early.
