Tires Hankook or BRIDGESTONE
Ran the V12's on my 951 for over a season of auto-X and track days - they were pretty monstrous, especially for the price. Wet grip was amazing too. Like many here, I'd stand behind the Hankooks!
I'd go with the V12 out of those choices. I had them on my GTO and they were pretty good for the money.
Another vote for the Hankook's have them on my 911 and love them.
Ventus V12 is a really good tire. Feel great after a few thousand miles and some of the tread is gone. If you are at stock ride height and wheel ET I'd go a bit wider to 235/40 X 18. Better traction and higher handling limits.
I had the V12 evo on my GTI and M3. They were good for the money IMO.
from my personal experience with other Hankook branded tires and what I've read online, those V12 evo's are a great bang for the buck tire and perform as good as many tires costing ton's more money. It's what I plan on using on my Mustang once the factory junk kicks the bucket.
My car came with the Toyos and they lasted one summer, in the winter I run Blizzaks. Summer 2012 and 2013 I ran Potenza RE-11s. These has spent 3 weekends at Tail of the Dragon in that time and still have tread left on them to get me into next season and they are stickier than the Toyo Proxes and about $100 per tire cheaper.
Currently i'm running dz101's in the front, and hankook ventus v12 evo's in the rear, although i'm considering switching that around, as the hankooks seem to be much gripper than the dz's.
I had the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus on my vw cc and very noisy and the car didn't drive straight the tire store replaced the with Bridgestone Potenza RE970 AS Pole Position which are ok.
I went wit Nitto 555s on the GLIwhich has a much bigger tracttion problem than the R's....huge ride, trn-in and traction improvement. OEM there was the rimprotectors known as Bridgestone RE050As in 225/40/18....horrible crap.
