Tires MICHELIN or Continental
Get Michelin from Costco. They were very good for my 2008 Sport AWD. They lasted the mileage that was promised and never had any issues on snow.
I bought tires from Costco for my 2020 Rav4, ordered online, made an appointment and came back in a few days, I bought the Michelin CrossClimate2, I'd say it was worth it and with the Costco credit we had it was only 200 dollars for 4 new tires which was great.
I just got my Cross Climates there a couple months ago. Price was same as Tire Rack which is where I usually go, but included install.
The tires themselves are good, noise level and ride quality are comparable to the mxm4 (I can’t tell the difference) and when giving the car a bit of acceleration I was able to handily control the car around some wider turns.
After reviewing the comments out here, I went with Michelin Defender 2’s and couldn’t be more pleased so far (2000 miles). I picked up about 3mpg (36.9!) in town and up to 6 more (granted following my friends in their RV at 60 mph - I got over 40 mpg then). They handle well in rain or dry, are relatively quiet.

Running 315/345 Vitours on my C7Z. Been really happy with them so far...the 315/345 Conti Forces treated me really well for almost 3 full autocross seasons.
I've had the Michelin Crossclimate 2 for the last few years. Great tires. I've driven them in -55 fahrenheit with snow and ice to 110 fahrenheit, rain storms and so on with no issues. The only con is that they are a bit loud on the highway.
I will say after installing diff and subframe bushings, there is a marked difference in cold weather performance on these tires. The car likes to step out a lot more readily. With stock bushings, the difference shouldn't be that exaggerated, but there is a difference in performance on cold Pilots.
I had high hopes for these tires and I saw no benefit over the Michelin primacy. Also after the first 1000 miles the traction sucks in dry conditions for spirited driving and especially horrible in wet weather.
