Tires MICHELIN or Continental
CrossClimate2 are great on our 19 Pilot, we have about 25k miles on them. Rain only, no snow experience with them.
Continental UC6 is one of the best vfm Tyre I have ever used. It has good dry and wet grip levels. It has good feedback and response.
Michelin never lets me down. I have had several sets of Conti DWS's on various cars and they always wear out way earlier than they should (treadwear gone in 15K miles on a 30K mile tire). I have had a few sets of Nokians too. Good tires until they aren't. Two sets had sidewall bubbles early. Others developed vibration issues before tread was gone. No real recent experience w/ Bridgestone except one set on a 911 years ago. Get the Michelins.
Swapped from the continentals on my WRX last year and haven't looked back.
I use 18” Michelin x-ices in the winter.
The conti pro contacts were factory on my wife's car and we've replaced them a couple times now. We've gotten 50,000 miles per set. You could run them longer, maybe another 10,000, but they start feeling a little splashy on the road before 50k.
Huge fan of the Continental DWS 06 Plus, had the prior non plus version for about 5 years on my supercharged MINI Cooper, and they were fantastic. The plus version is even better!
Conti extreme contact DWS are the ???? all season.
My wife bought a new Golf R. 19” wheels with Continentals. In no time at all she hit a pothole and pinched a tire which required replacement. I immediately put a space saver spare in the car.
My last two sets of tires were Hankook Ventus V2, which were okay (no idea how they are M+S rated) and a set of Continental ContiProContacts which I bought after several recommendations from friends and I will never buy another Continental tire in my life, they were terrible in almost every single way.
