Tires MICHELIN or Hankook
I just decided to go with a full set of Michelins. Did my first drive in the snow yesterday (OH). I'm impressed too.
These tires are amazing in all conditions and are comfortable and quiet. Michelin has always been one of the best brands for performance.
Superb tired. Only tires I put on my GXs
I just got these exact tires for my 22 GX ahead of the storm as well. I'm happy so far, better ride quality than the stock Lattitudes.
I have the original LTX M/S on my GX. Great all around tire and shockingly capable for what it is. 4H through 12" of unplowed roads and parking lots-center diff unlock-type of capability. Only critique is very subtle lateral grip loss in really wet conditions (thick sleet, heavy rain), mostly on the highway when changing lanes/exiting. Very subtle though, most people probably wouldn't even notice.
Love Michelins. On my 2nd set of an almost identical tire (X LT A/S)
I have been happy with them on dry/wet pavement, my first set lasted over 60k miles.
I’ve had LTXs on a prior GX, and current sequoia and they are the best do-it-all tires I’ve ever owned. This past weekend we got 15 inches and an inch of ice in the DMV and I never had to come out of 2wd. Highly recommend for comfort performance and longevity
Am Hankook Kinergy 4S2 AllSeasons pe o masina si Continental WinterContact pe alta. Incomparabile din orice punct de vedere. Cele all seasons sunt practic mediocre in orice anotimp, necesitand un stil de condus mai defensiv. La franare te duci taras metri fata de cele de iarna.
I have the same problem. I have the Hankook Ventus V2's and they're fine when its dry but I'll be spinning tires whenever it rains. I got to be extra careful whenever its wet out.
Mine were doing that within a year. Michelins are a bit infamous for getting shallow cracks all over the place.
