Tires MICHELIN or OEM Toyota
Putting Cross Climate 2’s on was one of the best decisions ever. Wet, dry, snow or sun… doesn’t matter - these tires continue to impress.
I like Michelin Primacy for quiet ride
One thing to note, we absolutely love the Michelin Defenders.
It handles Midwest winters way better than the four options you listed, lasts longer (80k warranty), and feels more planted on heavier SUVs.
Michelin Defender 2 is a wonderful tire
I've had Michelin Cross Climate 2 and I love them. Rode through a blizzard without any issues.
I have the cross climates and there’s so much wider. Drives better too.
I hated the road noise and the firm feel from the OEM Conti's. Replaced with Michelin Crossclimate II's and the ride is much smoother and quieter.
Ended up buying new Michelin 21s and got stuck in wet grass a week later. Bought used 20” wheels and tires, Toyo open country ev3s and never looked back.
I have Michelin soft rubber winter tires. I have zero traction on the ice.
