Tires MICHELIN or SUMITOMO
Personal, pe un Q5 cu stage 1 la 230 de cai (si o conduita preventiva) nu am avut absolut nicio problema cu Michelin CrossClimate2 atat iarna cat si vara.
Michelin has god level comfort and wet braking. My honda jazz came with Michelin XM2. The problem is due to softer compound. It lasts lesser kms. I have to change mine around 35k kms.
Due to some import restrictions, I was unable to find 195 60 Michelin so asked trye shops. Almost everyone recommended Yoko for city rough road use. I use Yokohoma now and though its not as good as Michelin its defined better than MRF Bridgestone used in my relatives car.
Using the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 and the ride has been phenomenal until now. Amazing grip and silent too on high speeds. Just that they're quite expensive compared to other brands. Currently done 30k kms on them. Had a sidewall rupture once which fortunately got covered under warranty.
Yes, avoid budget brands. I had Laufenn winter tires as my first set on my 2018 Odyssey. Before those ran out, I switched to Michelin winter tires and the difference was night and day.
I have CC2 and the before and after is night and day. We have them on other vehicles also, they are my go to, but the difference on this vehicle is crazy. It handles like a totally different vehicle. I felt like a bobblehead with the stock tires, not anymore.
Went and got some Michelin Cross Climate 2. Took around a 12% range penalty, but they are so much better than the stock. I’ve noticed how much better the traction is, I’ve hit objects with no problem, and they’re holding up well.
Seeking a pair of Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 225/40/18 tires for my MK7 GTI's Austin wheels. Had an alignment issue on my GTI that chewed up the inner edges of my front tires—unfortunately, not covered under warranty. I'm about ~30k miles in on this set, and the rears are still solid, so I’m hoping to find a pair of moderately worn replacements to swap for a year or so until it's time to replace 'em all. These are pretty popular tires (among the best performing and the "Costco special"), so I'm checking here in case someone has a couple collecting dust in their garage. Ideal tread depth would be in the 6/32"+ range. Located in the tri-state area (Brooklyn-based, but also spend time in Rockland County NY) and willing to travel a bit for pickup. Let me know what you’ve got! Thanks!
Pred leto sam uzeo sve 4 miselinke 225 45 r17 primacy5, i odlicne su, oko 11k je bilo po gumi u kemoipexu
I got new Michelin's and it took 2 weeks to get better
Surtout avec la tendance des Michelins à craqueler au bout de 4-5 ans.
