Yes Nokian makes excellent tires. They’re just not as well known as the household names.
Nokian One - excellent tire.
And ever since I bought my first Nokian winter tire is that the only winter tire I use.

I switch to Nokian Hakka R5 each winter and they are amazing.
I've just worn down a set of hakka blue 2. They are a nice driving tyre, but didnt last as long as i'd hoped.
For anyone considering the Nokian One, be aware that they wear fast on heavier vehicles (SUV or minivan). I have about 30,000km and they are past the 60% indicators.
