Tires OEM BMW or COMFORSER
Im still on OEM all season tires and I figure I can hit 40k before replacement.

Comforser are well-known tires and they offer great traction and performance. Comforser off-road tires can easily handle deep muddy terrains and manage to maintain forward motion at all times. On the other hand, this tire brand is a little bit noisy, but they are great for highway use. Id suggest learning ro drive better honestly. Comforser tyres are made in China by a Canadian company and are extremely reliable and cost effective.
Independently tested they are quieter than most and have excellent rating in wet conditions. We fit Comforser CF1100 on our landrover and they perform better than most other tyres in the most challenging conditions.

Regarding the X3M - I have about 9 months and 6k miles or so dailying mine. It is firm but I don't believe it's as punishing as most reviews mention. The thing is a monster man. I don't know why anyone would need anything more in a daily. It handles easily as good as my RS3 did and maybe even less body roll despite being much higher CoG and the RS3 didn't roll much either. It feels direct and definitely feels rear driven.

I ran a set for 45k kilometres on my TJ with suspension aligned nicely and liked them. Hard tyre, so wet grip when cold is below average.
Pros: good mileage, liked them
Cons: hard tyre, poor wet grip

And one tire due to a bulge. The tire was not cheap ($500) but I let the dealership deal with it rather than getting it done cheaper elsewhere as I didn't want to drive on a massive bulge.

Year old post I know, but a couple days ago my grandpa took my car to go get only my spare tyre changed, I come back from work and I see a pair of Comforser Cf510s on my VT Commodore. Didn’t think they could be THIS bad in the wet, I genuinely can’t even accelerate slightly faster than usual, my wheels just spin uncontrollably.

It was a commonly traversed dirt road, a little soggy after a rain storm and I backed my dad\u2019s brand new 2008 335i into a small mud depression with the right rear only. Result? Absolutely dead immobile
