Cooper Tires

I just picked up some Cooper Discoverer SST Pros for $206 each at Discount Tire. Almost $70 per tire less than everywhere.

Pros: good price

Honestly, I'd take Cooper over Kelly without hesitation... Not that I have a problem with Kelly, but I have a lot of experience with Cooper and currently have them on my daily driver.

Pros: experience with Cooper

Pirelli Tires

I live in Canada about 200 miles north of Seattle. Pirelli came on my car which I use 6 months and then Michelin winters the other 6 months. I will be looking for new all seasons next spring and would definitely consider the Falken. I’ve heard good things about them and great price.

Pros: good things, great price

I’ve got Scorpions on my X5 and they’re O K.. but don’t have a super aggressive tread and I think the weathepeaks will be better in the snow. Plus the Scorpions haven’t been wearing great. I’ve got 30k on them and I don’t see them making it to the 60k warranty

Pros: O K performance
Cons: wearing not great
Vehicle: BMW X5
Mileage: 30000 km

Pirelli Tires

Just driven for first time in rain with my new P Zeros on and googling if anyone else finds them shocking in the wet. Seem good in dry but absolutely shocking in wet, thought diesel had been spilt on roundabout at first, but then realised same on any other roundabouts.

Pros: good in dry
Cons: shocking in wet

I'm disliking mine. Could have been a suspension problem initially. But at 65-75/80 the steering wheel shakes. Still travels straight, but the annoyance of seeing/feeling it shake is terrible.

Pros: travels straight
Cons: steering wheel shakes
Mileage: 10000 km
