Tires Pirelli or Nokia
Go with Nokian Hakkapellittas they dance circles around Pirelli’s.
Pirelli’s winter tires are great on dry days and occasional snow, but you will be better off with tires more suited for the heavy snow conditions in ski areas.
Ich habe Nokian schon ein Jahr, bin sehr zufrieden.
Hab mit Nokian immer super Erfahrungen gemacht.
I\u2019ve run studded Nokians exclusively now for years. Never going back. What you give up in dry traction you more that make up for on those super hard packed icy days. Especially if you\u2019re running on the highways frequently.
Just got these Pirelli Cinturato Weatheractives mounted onto my Jetta GLI. Makes a whole world of difference between the Stock Hankook Kinergy GTs and the shitty Yokohama YK-GTXs that I had before
Pirelli Pzero AS plus 3 tires that are better than stock. We also replaced at about 32K miles. Now that we've got the acceleration out of our system, we expect these tires to last much longer and they appear to be doing just that.
I used to have a set of 2019 nokian snowproofs on my car and used them on all weather conditions last winter they have a thread depth of 6mm ,they were adequate on all weather conditions also ok on snow but i didn't like their performance on snow they skidded more than usual especially on snowy uphills
For a pickup or heavy vehicle no way, I have Nokians on my 17 Ford F350 can't wait to get them off, still have 50% according to the wear indicator, been driving for over 40 years and they are the worst tires I have ever had. This experience with Nokians has instilled a real dislike for the brand.
I know this is an old thread, but I looked up this issue because I just got new tires put on the Tesla Model Y Performance. I am having a very similar issue so I thought I'd look it up. Ironically, the tires I'm having questions about are the Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3s.
