SailunTerramax AT2 are good tires on and off road. I run them and they have been good off-road and don't impact my mpg on the highway.

The cheapest tires I would recommend is GT Radial Champiro Eco / Ecotec.
I personally ran the SW606 for over 10 years on 2 different vehicles. Solid budget tire. Never had any issues and lasted years.

I’m running sailun Erange EV tires. So far no complaints, run great in dry conditions and in heavy rainfall. Just be careful cornering fast in the rain, I started losing traction lol… They’re efficient, cheap, have a high tread wear life and perform well in wet/dry conditions. As quiet if not more quiet than the stock Michelins that came on my 22’
Miy Sailun (same tires terr as max) lasted about 30, 000. 4/32 was the measurements before disposal.
I had a set of Sailuns on a Ford Explorer. They rode smoothly and quietly but did not last very long, maybe around 35K miles.
I have to admit I drive on rough terrain. I have had Sailun Atrezzo tires for 3 years (approx 30k miles), and I've had to replace 3 now.
