Tires YOKOHAMA or Laufenn
I have a set on a Celica. Been driving in Melbourne weather and have yet to have a problem.
I would seriously consider the Yokohama Geolandar x-cv. I replaced the crap falkens around 31k miles, have about 22k on the yokos and they are fantastic. They also still look and drive new, probably will get 50-60k out of them. They ride very smooth
if you are looking for superior ride quality, Yokohoma does the job as well.
I have the Yoko geolandar g018 on my 22' in MT. I just switched to my winter studs for the ice on BZN pass, but otherwise the Yokohamas were doing great in the snow.
I'm running yoko geolander A/Ts at the moment, the side walls are much stiffer than the last tires I was running which were BF Goodrich vantage controls, which imo were solid all season tires. The geos don't make much road noise and have performed very well in the snow.
I've only ever used Yokohama Avid Ascend GT. They're on the quieter side.
Discount Tire. I got Laufenn G-Fit that I've been really pleased with. They actually sold my tires to somebody else by accident so I had to come back after 2 days to have them installed and they waved all of the install fees. So I got a full set of tires with warranty for $385 including tax and fees.
I have a 225/55/ZR17 Laufenn S FIT A/S tires. I came from Continental pure contact LS and to be honest, I haven't noticed any difference.
Yokohama (wag blue earth madali magkabukol pag nalubak)
My first mini had about 3 degrees and would get about 5k miles out of a pair of front tyres. That was with yokohama A008s all round.
