my hepu has been in for 9 years with zero issues
Hepu pumps are the best.
Water pump if stock would have a plastic impeller known to fail, but you can find metal impeller options from Graf and Hepu brands and from other aftermarket brands too.
in the last 10+ years have been using HEPU waterpumps.
My 2019 rs5 water pump went out at 72k miles
I own a 2021 S5 with around 55k miles on it, bought it with around 50k miles on it. Only issue is that the water pump did fail and coolant migrated into the vacuum system which is a ridiculously common failure on these cars.
I can\u2019t believe my Audi has a plastic water pump and that when it went it took the oil cooler with it. The damn thing died at 44k miles.
2013 A5 Cabriolet here. Most of what I read said the water pump should make it to around 100k. Mine went at around 85k.
My water pump in my 2020 S4 failed around 45K miles.
'21 RS6 with 37k miles. Got the same error late last month. Been in the shop for 3+ weeks for water pump & vacuum line replacement.
