Windshield Tesla or OEM Volvo
You can't go wrong with the Model X. I drove one across the country, 12 to 14 hour days, and I wasn't the least bit stiff or sore.
The S is fun and also comfortable, but I really like the huge windshield on the X more.

I’ve only had my MY about 4 months now but living in Arizona I’m use to going through a windshield once per year in each of my vehicles. Tesla replaced it for $0 with OEM, next day service, took about 3 hours.

Tesla’s service is unmatched. I have the windshield warranty and got a crack in my windshield. It cost me a $100 deductible to repair it.

On my 2005 P2 cars (XC70 and S60R), after multiple issues with aftermarket windshields and rain sensor problems, a Volvo windshield was installed. This resolved the issues, leading the location to change policy to only use Volvo windshields for Volvos.

I had one 2021 S60 until last month, great for travel, very comfortable, lots of space for two kids.
Only issue was the windshield, change 3 , one for year, talk to the mechanic and said it’s ok, I think the quality of the parts is not what it was.

my 2 month old 2025 Model 3 got a crack in the glass from a rock on highway. The process to have it replaced went smoothly at the service center.
Pros: smooth replacement process
Cons: cracked quickly, poor durability
1 week after I added it I got a small chip on the side by the pillar. Took it in for repair and was told it will need to be completely replaced.
Cons: chipped quickly, required full replacement
I’ve gone through 2 windshields and a top glass in 3 years
Cons: frequent replacements, poor durability
Our windshields suck.
Cons: poor quality
Through 2 vehicles I’ve owned (one Tesla) I’ve had 3 windscreens replaced for free
