Wiper blades Motorcraft or Goodyear
For Gen2+ use the Motorcraft OEM blades. They are designed for the windshield and have specific models for the drivers and passenger sides.
I prefer OEM Motorcraft for my Fords although I have had great experiences with the silicone Rain-X wipers (not Latitude)
Everything I tried had a tendency to chatter. The motorcraft blades are the best I’ve found for my ‘18.
the only ones that seem to last more than like a month on my town car without chattering have been motorcrafts.
I've always just stuck to the Motorcraft blades for this very reason. They are mirror images of each other.
My wipers on my Explorer were chattering and jumping like crazy. I replaced them this morning with the Motorcraft "Premium" wiper blades and they are smooth and quiet.
Coscto sells some Goodyear wipers that do fit. They come with several different fittings for different wiper arms designs. The trouble is the fitting that works with the R32's aero wipers is about half an inch taller than OEM and they look like poo. On the plus side they're only $8 per blade.
Hopefully the Goodyears listed aren't similar to the ones Costco used to sell. Those blades were junk. The Michelin blades that Costco now sells have been good so far.
Not sure all brands quality, but I've had worst experience in Goodyear one.
One day when driving on the Tollway in Chicago in light rain, I noticed one wiper blade starting to come off the arm. When I got home I discovered that the push-in clip was not holding the wiper with enough force to keep it in place. In my opinion, the manufacturing of the clip was not nearly as good as that of the OEM and could not be trusted.
