On the two Hondas I leased, all I did other than oil changes was switch out the tires on my Accord coupe V6/6-speed after one got punctured. I wanted to do it anyway; the stock tires sucked, and the one thing the car did great was accelerate, so I put a set of Michelin Super Sports on it. It stopped acting like I was waterboarding it with high-RPM shifts into 2nd after that.

Pros: improved acceleration, better handling

Starting:

I remember the first time I did anything besides oil, it was spark plugs and power steering fluid on my old accord. Starting it up after had me nervous, second guessing everything I did.

Pros: amazing resource

Cons: nervous, second guessing

I installed a set of Philips 12834UNIX2 X-tremeVision LED Fog Light bulbs. Those are not junk and have a resistor already built in. I have those on my Accord and love them! They are only for fog light application and should match the LED Headlights.

Braking:

Just did a brake job for my Accord (painted calipers, new Centric Premium rotors, new Akebono Performance pads, new hardware, fluid, etc.).

Pros: new rotors

I picked up a set of Core Racing winter wheels that look good (I don't like the look of plain steel wheels), and put Nokian Hakkapeliitta RSi tires on them. I just replaced them two weeks ago with a brand new set of Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 tires. Best winter tires available, if you ask me.

Many years ago I bought a K&N air filter for my Honda. I thought it made a SLIGHT improvement in performance but also made a significant difference in engine noise.

Pros: slight improvement performance

Clarity:

CMBS cameras not properly calibrated since windshield replacement. Dealer believes glass marked “Honda” will fix calibration issue because “there is too much metal” in the Pilkington glass.

As hard as I've tried I really just don't like the CVT at all. It's very unrefined and herky-jerky under hard acceleration and it reminds me of what it's like to drive a power boat. Just two gears...one forward and one backward. It does have simulated gear shifts (it's supposed to mimic a 7-speed transmission) but at the end of the day I just don't like it. This was my first AND LAST car with a CVT.
