I had the same issue and throwing a bad thermostat error code. I had the thermostat replaced and it kept happening. He said the thermostats out there are crap and they’ve had to change some 3 times. He did recommend getting a Mopar thermostat if I could. It was replaced and I’ve had no issues.

Dos problemas que j\u00e1 tive:\n\ncom exatos 2 anos e 1 semana levei pra segunda revis\u00e3o (24k km) e a concession\u00e1ria falou que tinha que trocar a flauta e quatro bicos. cobraram um absurdo. fiz o maior esc\u00e2ndalo pq a garantia de linha de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de 24 meses. acionaram sei l\u00e1 o que de customer care e aceitaram fazer pela garantia. No fim das contas trocaram s\u00f3 um bico.

A family friend bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee hybrid about 2 years ago and had loads of problems with the battery. Finally the dealer said to replace the whole battery but it turns out they don't make replacement batteries for that model anymore. They ended up being unable to fix it and gave a big discount for a new model so they effectively traded up. The whole ordeal took over a year.
Cons: loads of problems, no replacement battery
